Roger D. Bolgard worked thirteen years in sales and construction contract management prior to practicing law. Roger has a unique ability to counsel any type of business entity as he has experienced all of their successes and problems. He practiced on the San Francisco Peninsula for 17 years prior to moving to the Monterey Peninsula. He still welcomes appointments with Bay Area clients and maintains office space in San Carlos. Roger also maintains an active arbitration practice and was a senior arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

Roger is very active in charitable work. He has been a Director of the Carmel Valley Manor (Life Care Community) since 1984 and its Chairman of the Board since 1991. Roger has been a Director of the Peninsula Executives Association, the Peninsula Symphony Association, Monterey Rotary Club, the Point Lobos Association, and the Carmel Heritage Society.
