Sports & Entertainment Law

Robert E. Rosenthal was one of the original sports agent/attorneys in the United States. Together with Y.A. Tittle and Mike McCormick, Bob founded the sports management firm of Propel in 1976. The firm has represented over 50 players in all major sports including the San Francisco Niners in litigation. Bob at one time represented over half the San Francisco Giants major league roster. Bob has been a guest lecturer at Santa Clara University Law School and McGeorge School of Law, University of Pacific, lecturing on the Art of Negotiation. Bob has also represented musicians, television producers, authors/publishers and actors in contract negotiations and business.

Bob's partner, Andrew Kreeft, has recently acquired two professional baseball players as clients, as he negotiated their signing bonuses and assisted with the execution of their first professional contracts. Andrew looks forward to negotiating their first MLB contracts, as well as developing new clients in this field.

Today, the firm offers sound legal advice and representation both to professional athletes and entertainers across a broad spectrum of industries.
